About the event

What is this?

The vision for this monthly opportunity is to provide a space where multigenerational wisdom, knowledge, and togetherness is shared in a way that is most authentic to ourselves as individuals, in the interest of strengthening our local “village” that we create when we’re together.

Each meeting offers a teaching or discussion topic relating to womanhood, self-sustainability, life, and more. The goal is to re-learn what was once “common knowledge”, like how birth works, how to nourish ourselves, and how to truly care for the people, creatures, and creation we are responsible for. Check out the event schedule to learn what the discussion topic is for this month's gathering.

Each snack and beverage provided is chosen with purpose and with women in mind. Attendees can enjoy herbal teas, a bite of dark chocolate, or a plate of the month’s appetizer. Everything is prepared within Chaya’s home kitchen, where kosher standards are maintained (if you are needing more clarification on what that entails exactly, please feel free to ask).

Nourishment is not only found in food and drink, but also in how we treat our bodies. There will be opportunities to indulge in DIY mineral soaks, skin treatments, and relaxation within a space created with the intention for all of us to enjoy a moment of self-care and prioritize ourselves, at least once a month.

Who is invited?

Women of any age who have experienced a menstrual cycle.

We encourage our elder community members to join us, as well as young women in their teens (with a responsible guardian). We kindly ask that everyone respect the intention of these gatherings and that all babies or other young children be left with a care provider at home. If you’d love to attend but have no childcare, please reach out!
